The hand-honed razor-sharp edge ensures long-lasting sharpness, excellent edge retention, easy maintenance, and quick re-sharpening. Forged from a single piece of steel, the bolstered blade offers high stability. The blade and handle are seamlessly joined by machinery, with a 100% seal between them.
