The Atlantic Chef Stiff Boning Knife features a handle made from a combination of Santoprene for a non-slip, comfortable grip, and polypropylene for tough use. The blade is made from German steel 1.4116, which consists of carbon, chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, and other elements.
