The Giesser Prime Line Vegetable Knife With Plastic Handle boasts a blade made from high grade chrome molybdenum steel, hardened to 56 Rockwell hardness grade (+/- 1 grade). Its very fine blade surface improves rust resistance and allows the blade to slide easily through the cutting material. A special feature of this knife is its 2-component handle - the inner red core is solid and gives the handle stability; the outer layer is made from particularly soft plastic. Together with the special surface, this handle ensures fatigue-free and very slip-resistant work, and that it always feels comfortable in your hand. The plastic handle is food-safe. While the knife is dishwasher-safe, manual cleaning is recommended to protect the cutting edge.
