The Robot Coupe R502 V.V. Food Processor serves as a cutter for chopping, emulsifying, kneading, grinding, and preparing sauces, as well as a slicer for daily tasks like slicing, grating, ripple cutting, julienning, French frying, and dicing. This model features a 5.9L stainless steel cutter bowl with a soft-touch ergonomic handle, making it perfect for processing large quantities quickly, along with a built-in timer with countdown and stopwatch functions for standardizing recipes. Other features include a scraper arm that scrapes the lid and edges of the bowl without stopping the machine, a cylindrical hopper (Ø 58 mm) for feeding long and delicate vegetables like zucchinis and cucumbers, and an Exactitube pusher (Ø 39 mm) for cutting chilies, pickles, dry sausage, bananas, strawberries, and grapes into regular slices. It can also accommodate large vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and eggplants, processing up to 10 tomatoes at a time. The R502 V.V. comes with a complete range of more than 50 discs.
