The Robot Coupe CL50E Vegetable Slicer is Robot Coupe's most popular tabletop model, saving hours in food prep with capabilities to uniformly slice, grate, julienne, ripple cut, French fry, dice, and even mash potatoes. It has a large hopper that accommodates bulky vegetables like cabbage and celery, processing up to 10 tomatoes at a time; a cylindrical hopper (Ø 58mm) for feeding long or delicate vegetables like zucchinis and cucumbers; and an Exactitube pusher (Ø 39mm) for feeding small fruits and vegetables like chillis, pickles, dry sausage, bananas, strawberries and grapes. Additional features include side ejection for saving space, and an automatic lever-operated restart for convenience. Housed in a polycarbonate motor base, the heavy-duty industrial brushless induction motor built on ball bearings runs silently without vibration. It also features a stainless steel motor shaft for added strength. The CL50 can be fitted with cutting discs, sold separately, to expand its cutting options.
