The Robot Coupe CL52E Vegetable Slicer is a tabletop unit that cuts large amounts of vegetables in no time at all. Gain consistency and save hours in mise en place with its capabilities to slice, grate, julienne, ripple cut, french fries, dice and even puree. The 4.4L hopper can accommodate a whole cabbage, or up to 15 tomatoes at a time; the cylindrical hopper (Ø 58 mm) feeds long, delicate vegetables like zucchinis and cucumbers, while the Exactitube pusher (Ø 39 mm) feeds smaller ingredients such as chilies, pickles, dry sausage, bananas, strawberries, and grapes. Other features include a lever that makes operation easier, an automatic lever-operated restart for convenience, and side ejection for saving space. With all-metal bowl and lid, and stainless steel motor base, this machine is built to last. Its powerful induction motor ensures reliable performance, while the brushless motor built on ball bearings operates silently without vibration. Cutting discs are sold separately.
