The Robot Coupe CL40 Vegetable Slicer is a compact tabletop model that's easy to clean and store, making it perfect for even the smallest kitchens. It save hours in food prep with capabilities to uniformly slice, grate, julienne, ripple cut, French fry, and dice. It has a large hopper (104 cm²) for cutting bulky vegetables like cabbage, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes, a cylindrical hopper (Ø 58 mm) for feeding long, delicate vegetables, and an Exactitube pusher (Ø 39 mm) for cutting even the smallest ingredients, such as chilies, pickles, dry sausage, bananas, strawberries, and grapes into uniform slices. Other features include side ejection which helps save space, and an automatic lever-operated restart for added convenience. The machine can also be fitted with cutting discs, sold separately, to expand its cutting capabilities.
