The Ibili Inducta Tamagoyaki frying pan is made of aluminium and has a Bakelite handle. It's specially made for vitro-ceramic and induction, but it's compatible with all kinds of cooktops. It is 3mm thick and has 2 layers of a high quality non-stick coating that is PFOA free, making it non-toxic and safe for the environment. This pan is specially made for Tamagoyaki, a traditional rolled omelette from Japan.
