The Atlantic Chef Paring Knife features a green handle made from a combination of Santoprene for a non-slip, comfortable grip, and polypropylene for tough use. Made from German steel 1.4116, which consists of carbon, chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, and other elements, the blade attains a hardness of at least HRC 56 through hardening, tempering, grinding, and sharpening. The hand-honed, razor-sharp edge ensures long-lasting sharpness, excellent edge retention, easy maintenance, and quick re-sharpening. This paring knife is ideal for tasks that require control, such as deveining shrimp, removing seeds from pePolypropyleneers, or making decorative cuts. Other colours are available for colour-coding knives, which helps prevent cross-contamination.
