A brand new line of silicone moulds created in cooperation with Emmanuele Forcone, World Pastry Champion Chef. The moulds, representing natural shapes and new concepts, allow unique garnishes to be created that can enhance any creation with an interplay of volumes and textures. Each TOP decoration has the following size mm Ø 60x10 H. 8 indents for each mould Vol: 30 ml Silicone Mould size: 300x175 mm In the picture the Pavoni mould TOP07 was used to decorate a tart made with the Pavoni MONO kit PX4334S.
